Baby Nursery Design X Mental Health
Creating your dream nursery is good for your maternal mental health. Find out why below:
Creating this space for her (and for me), with my mom’s help, was one of the sweetest joys of pregnancy and this space is now our safe place, our calm.
I moved when i was about 7–8 months pregnant (I literally can't remember lol) and I felt such a deep desire to nest, to build a little world that felt warm, safe, and magical.
Finding all the little pieces, watching it come together, and now seeing it shift and change through her first year of life… our first year… has been such a beautiful experience.
There’s something so special about this room. the smiles, the wake-ups, the rocking, the tears, the growth, the change.
As a first-time mom and a therapist, I really believe creating a nursery that sparks joy, comfort, and a little bit of magic matters.
I am linking some of my favorite finds in my @shopmy - maybe a piece of the magic we’ve created can bring a little magic to you and yours on your journey.
