ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Rachel, a therapist in Los Angeles helping women understand their past & live in alignment as their authentic self.

I know what it’s like to do the work of facing old wounds, unlearning outdated belief systems and beginning the slow process of showing up for yourself differently. My own experiences in therapy as well as an innate interest in why we are the way we are is what ultimately led me to becoming the therapist I am today.

As a result, I’ve made it my mission to help women in Los Angeles & California create that same kind of life-changing transformation within themselves. In therapy, I help you explore the early childhood experiences that shaped you, understand the limiting beliefs (and behaviors) that may be keeping you stuck and develop a more gentle, compassionate relationship with yourself.

I don’t see my role as a therapist as teaching you how to become somehow entirely new. Instead, I believe it’s my job to walk alongside you as you come home to yourself and reconnect with the person you were always meant to be.

MY APPROACH

Holistic, relational therapy for women in Los Angeles who want to feel connected to themselves again.

My therapy philosophy is based on the belief that true emotional healing happens when you have a person in your life that makes you feel safe enough to be 100% vulnerable and authentic. That’s the kind of foundation I hope to create for our therapeutic relationship.

As your therapist, it’s my job to make you feel seen and accepted for who you are. So that together, we can look at the areas of your life where you’re currently not feeling aligned and work out different ways to help you move forward.

My approach itself is based on several evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

High-quality therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. That’s why I tailor every therapy plan to your individual needs. Regardless of what modalities we’re using, the goal is not just short-term symptom relief but long-lasting transformation in every area of your life.
