Family and Couples Therapy

Work on your relationships in Family and Couples Therapy

The choice to seek counseling can be a very vulnerable experience, and it can also turn out to be one of your bravest acts for the betterment of the family system.

In this very safe and private space, we will work together to make your relationship(s) the center of our attention.

We will focus on deepening understanding, improving communication, and strengthening bonds as you seek to heal your most important relationship(s).

In family and couples therapy, I see romantic partners, parents and children, as well as siblings.

My approach to family and couples counseling is twofold: We delve into the history of your relationship to understand foundational dynamics while simultaneously working to enhance present (dys)functionality so that you're able to move forward with peace and compassion.

Central to our in-person or online therapy sessions is ensuring that both you and your family feel a sense of safety and validation.

A primary goal of family and couples therapy is to make sure each individual feels seen, heard, and valued within the sacred conversations we share, and ultimately within the relationship.

This process involves exploring family roles, clarifying individual needs, and establishing healthy boundaries, all vital for a high-functioning, harmonious, and long-lasting relationship (s).

Therapeutic Specialties

As our therapy sessions progress, we'll aim to enhance your insight into any dysfunctional patterns and encourage the development of more mindful habits and healthy ways to express emotions, regardless of what they are.

We'll learn about validating feelings and experiences and how lacking this mutual respect can deeply impact the self-worth of one or both partners. All of this leads to more effective and fulfilling relationship dynamics.

Therapy Session Options and Fees

I meet with families and couples who are residents of California in group sessions either online or in person at my office in West Hollywood.

Family and Couples therapy is $275 for a 50-minute session.

I do not accept insurance. I provide every client with a “superbill," an invoice that contains all necessary billing codes and information needed if you choose to explore out-of-network reimbursement through your provider.
