Together, we will identify and examine the root of your stress and anxiety, and seek to find patterns and connections that will help you manage your anxiety and stress better. 

Exploring Triggers

Triggers in anxiety and stress refer to specific stimuli or situations that provoke a heightened state of anxiousness, and these can vary greatly by person. Together, we will identify your specific triggers and develop coping skills to manage triggers as they come up. 

It is important to remember that we can not live a trigger free life, but we can work to lessen their presence and their negative impact. 

Developing Coping Skills 

Together, we will explore different tools and coping skills. Through this exploration, we will identify your toolbox for managing and decreasing anxiety and stress. 

Reviewing Lifestyle Habits 

What habits do you have that might be increasing anxiety and stress in your life? Together, we can do an inventory. 

Coffee, alcohol, sleep, relationships, exercise and movement, eating habits, etc. all have an impact on anxiety and stress. By exploring your lifestyle, we can support you to create change where helpful.

Therapy for Anxiety with Rachel

I offer a free 25-minute introductory call via phone or Zoom so that we can meet before committing to a full session. I value this exchange as it helps you know if I'm the right fit for your needs.

I meet with clients who are residents of California in one-on-one sessions either online or in person at my office in West Hollywood. 

Individual therapy is $250 for a 50-minute session. 

Family and Couples therapy is $275 for a 50-minute session.

I do not accept insurance. I provide every client with a “superbill," an invoice that contains all necessary billing codes and information needed if you choose to explore out-of-network reimbursement through your provider.
