I'm a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) committed to guiding the mental wellness of those living in California. Trauma Therapy

We will work together to help you process and understand the traumatic experiences you've had with the ultimate goal of lessening the impact on your daily life. Together, we will develop effective coping strategies to alleviate pain or distress. This deep, emotional healing will help you connect with yourself, your inner voice, and build greater self-awareness. Through processing trauma, we will aim to help you find purpose and meaning in life, and live more peacefully.

Anxiety Therapy

Together, we'll focus on enhancing self-understanding to identify the roots and patterns of the anxiety and stress you experience. In a supportive, collaborative environment, we'll explore triggers, develop coping skills, and integrate mindfulness techniques, all with a goal toward living a more anxious free life.

Relationship Therapy

We will share a supportive space to explore relationships with self and others in a way that empowers you to have a greater sense of self-understanding, self-worth and self-value. Together, we will address topics such as communication skills, boundary setting, and people pleasing to gain a deeper connection to self and others with the ultimate goal of more fulfillment in the relationship you have with yourself and others.

Sessions With Rachel

I offer a free 25-minute introductory call via phone or Zoom so that we can meet before committing to a full therapy session. I value this exchange as it helps you know if I'm the right fit for your needs.

I meet with clients who are residents of California in one-on-one sessions either online or in person at my office in West Hollywood

Individual therapy is $250 for a 50-minute session. 

Family and Couples therapy is $275 for a 50-minute session.

I do not accept insurance. I provide every client with a “superbill," an invoice that contains all necessary billing codes and information needed if you choose to explore out-of-network
